JUBILATTE CAFÉ MANAGER

Hours: 40 hours Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm Café opening hours: 9am- 4pm

Salary: Between £26,000 - £30,000 depending on qualifications and experience

Pension available

Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, including bank holidays

Preferred start date: asap

Duration: This post is offered on a fixed-term 1 year contract, with a 3-month probation period

We are looking for a Café Manager to join us at Jubilatte Café [Immanuel Church] in Southbourne.

Applicants must be hard-working and passionate about providing great service.

The role will be predominantly public facing, so we are looking for confident and proactive applicants who enjoy working in a busy environment.

Management and administrative skills are essential.•

Vision and creativity to develop our café

Friendly, positive and enthusiastic when working with customers & staff

Ability to lead others and work well under pressure

Management, food preparation and Barista skills required

Supportive of the Christian ethos
