Friendship Club

Friendship Club starts at 2pm each Wednesday.

A group of over 55's who meet weekly (not in Christmas, Easter or Summer holidays).

Varied programme including talks, musicians, entertainment, friendship. Refreshments Included. £2.00 members, £2.50 visitors.


Songs for the Mind

Every Friday at 10.30am we meet for refreshments followed by an hour singing a variety of songs around a theme.

Singing is an enjoyable activity, bringing people together in a friendly and socially stimulating environment.

This group is open to everyone who enjoys singing and is accessible for those with dementia.

£2.50, carers free.


Memory Lane

Every 1st & 3rd Tuesday of the Month (no sessions during August)

Memory Lane is an enjoyable topic-based session for those with memory loss at any stage and those living with any type of Dementia.

Each session will be themed on a topic and aimed to stimulate memory and reminiscence. Specific resources alongside familiar items help to stimulate reminiscing and memory, helping participants to engage in conversations and activities that are creative and multi-sensory.

We usually have an optional craft activity, singing and gentle exercise.  We always enjoy a piece of cake or snack with a hot drink.

 Clay Workshop

The 1st Friday afternoon of the Month.

A guided session for all, whether you are an accomplished artist or a complete beginner! Donations (minimum £5 on the day to cover materials and refreshments (carers are free).

Places are limited so please book!


Southbourne Community Singalong

Every Wednesday, 10.15am, fun for any ability to come and sing along in a group together. Enjoy 30 minutes of singing some classic songs!
